No Refund is applicable.


Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Unfortunately Sale items or Items on special promotion or clearance items CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email:


  • Exchange delivery will be subject to a 50AED fees, 25aed for sending the new order + 25AED returned the exchanged item to us.
  • Our Exchange policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received. It must also be in the original packaging with our tag.
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Can be found on your email.
  • We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of Necklaces & pierced earrings (including sets with pierced earrings) due to hygienic reasons. This applies even in cases where the earrings have never been worn.
  • Customized products cannot be replaced or returned
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for exchange.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery, is not eligible for exchange.
